Front: This is a 5 foot 5 inch 160 lb 63 year old patient who 7 years prior had a left mastectomy and opted for no reconstruction. She now underwent left chest wall expansion and implant placement as well as right sided augmentation.
Front: The left picture shows the expander in place, whereas the right picture shows the result after round smooth implants were placed (Natrelle style 15 304 ml on the right and style 45 700 ml on the left) but before nipple reconstruction was performed.
Left: Post-op views are after 6 years, with the patient now 68 years old.
Oblique Left: The patient had nipple reconstruction but has opted not to proceed with tattooing to date.
Right: Note the enlargement of her native right breast and slight uplifting effect of the implant.
Oblique Right: The patient remains happy with symmetry.
