This 51 year-old-female underwent bilateral implant based breast reconstruction after mastectomy. At the same time as her bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy performed by her surgical oncologist, we placed  tissue expanders below the muscle. Expansions were performed weekly till the desired volume was achieved, and second stage surgery was performed where

45-year-old female who underwent bilateral implant-based reconstruction after mastectomy. Postoperative photos were taken 6 months after completion of her breast reconstruction. At the time of her mastectomy, we placed bilateral tissue expanders. Once full expansion was achieved, we replaced the expanders with permanent silicone 330 cc implants.  Before mastectomy, she
