36-year-old female who underwent bilateral breast reduction. Postoperative photos were taken 8 months after surgery. The amount of tissue removed from both breasts was 631 grams which totals 1.5 pounds. Before her reduction she wore a 30G cup bra, and now wears a 30C cup bra. Not only achieving her size goals, but also a reduction in her symptoms associated with large breasts.
