42-year-old female who underwent Bilateral Breast Augmentation, Mastopexy, and Abdominoplasty. The postoperative photographs were taken 9.5 months after surgery. She was augmented with 285 cc silicone implants taking her from a 38A cup bra size to a 38C. The amount of abdominal tissue removed was just shy of two pounds. Mastopexy lifted the nipple height into a more youthful position.
