FaceliftCase ID: 0994
Front: 77 year old patient with recent 50 lb weight loss, unhappy with loose neck skin, jowling, and increased visibility of wrinkles. She previously had upper blepharoplasty 10 years ago by another surgeon. Problems were addressed by standard facelift and facial peel. Note change in shape of face with narrowing of the lower portions.
Left: Pictures shown are 8 months post-op. Incision in front of ear faintly visible. Note improved neck line and edge of mandible.
Oblique Left: Note that nasolabial folds and marionette lines (lines from edge of nose to corner of mouth and down toward chin) are much shallower.
Right: Note straight jawline.
Oblique Right: Note absence of small wrinkles due to facelift, and general skin tone is more even due to facial peel. It is important to adhere to a quality skin care regimen post-op to maximize long-term results.
