45-year-old female who underwent bilateral implant-based reconstruction after mastectomy. Postoperative photos were taken 6 months after completion of her breast reconstruction. At the time of her mastectomy, we placed bilateral tissue expanders. Once full expansion was achieved, we replaced the expanders with permanent silicone 330 cc implants. Before mastectomy, she wore a B cup bra, and after she was a fuller B cup; achieving her goals.
