This patient underwent Oncoplastic bilateral breast reduction in combination with left breast lumpectomy later treated with left breast radiation therapy. These after photos were taken 10 months after surgery, and 7 months after left breast radiation therapy. Left breast is left slightly larger, as post radiation changes to tissues will continue to atrophy. Before surgery she wore a 32 G cup bra, and she is now a full C cup bra.
