Case Details

22-year-old female with right Poland syndrome. Reconstruction performed in two stages. First stage entailed right tissue expander placement and left mastopexy. Second stage entailed right tissue expander to implant exchange, left augmentation with implant and left areolar complex reduction. Implants used: right 625 mL, left 230 ml. Postoperative photos taken almost 1 year after final surgery.
