Front: 63 year 5 foot 2 inch 181 lb female who had previously had breast reduction 15 years ago, going from DD to C cup. Over years, she gained weight and is now back to DD cup and diagnosed with breast cancer. She opted to have bilateral mastectomy and autologous reconstruction.
Left: Pictures show results 2 years after TRAM flap. The patient has also lost 29 pounds from her pre-op photos.
Oblique Left: Small patch of lower central breast skin on the left side is only remnant of abdominal flap skin still external.
Right: Breast size has once again been restored to C cup volume, especially proportionate now that torso has been reduced as well.
Oblique Right: Pictures depict nipples one year after reconstruction and tattooing of color.
